Jan's House is dedicated to strengthening and supporting children and families throughout Cabell, Wayne, and Mingo counties.
Our team provides a wide range of services, including foster care and adoption, international adoption, counseling for expectant birth parents, Safe at Home, WECAN, RPG Wraparound Substance Abuse support, kinship services, and access to our Family Resource Center.
